Shipping Policy

At Lavish Dolls Collection, we take pride in carefully preparing every order before it makes its way to you. Please review our processing and shipping timelines below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

Processing time allows our team to carefully verify, prepare, quality-check, and package your items before shipment.

Please note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• USA: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Lavish Dolls Collection’s control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been picked up by the carrier.

Important Order Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Lavish Dolls Collection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Lavish Dolls Collection is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or missing packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Delays

While we work to process and ship orders within the stated timeframes, carrier delays may occasionally occur. Shipping delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds of shipping fees.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we make sure your Lavish Dolls Collection order is prepared with care.

Thank you for shopping with Lavish Dolls Collection — quality worth waiting for.
